About me

Career, education and further training.

I am deputy head of the Educational Technology service department at Graz University of Technology, where I lead the FLAAIT group (Future Learning, Analytics & AI for Teaching). My work connects learning analytics, the responsible use of AI in higher education teaching, and the technical development of related tools — including the TU Graz student dashboard.

Career

  1. since 2022

    Leads the FLAAIT group (Future Learning, Analytics & AI for Teaching) since March 2025, previously the Learning Analytics group – including supervision and technical lead of various projects and development of corresponding dashboards.

    Research, conception, setup and introduction of technologies and tools in teaching and learning settings, as well as (backend) development in the field of educational technology.

    Responsible for data protection matters, point of contact for the Quality Management, Evaluation and Reporting unit (data protection coordination).
